Brokerage Technology Services

Brokerage Licensing Readiness — Technical Vendor Onboarding, Not Legal Services

Stated plainly so there are no surprises: ProfitLabs provides brokerage technology services only. We do not provide legal advice, company formation, regulatory application services, or compliance opinions — those require lawyers and licensed corporate service providers, and engaging us does not replace them.

Overview

What this service actually involves

What we do provide is the technical half of the licensing path — the part that stalls more launches than the legal work itself. Platform vendors (MetaQuotes), bridge providers, liquidity providers, and payment processors each run technical due diligence before they'll connect to you: architecture documentation, infrastructure specs, security posture, operational procedures. We produce that documentation, configure the systems behind it, and get you through vendor onboarding.

Your lawyers and CSP own entity formation and the license application. We sequence the technology around that timeline so vendor paperwork never blocks the build — and every technical claim we document is backed by an inspectable system, not aspirational diagrams.

Scope

What we deliver

Concrete deliverables, not a capability list. Every item below is scoped in writing before a fixed quote is issued.

Architecture & operations documentation

The system documentation vendors demand in technical review: data flows, server topology, failover design, access controls, retention, and operational runbooks — written from the real configuration.

Platform-vendor onboarding support

Getting through MetaQuotes' technical vetting for white label servers and the documentation bridge and liquidity providers request before connection.

Compliance-ready infrastructure

Audit trails, KYC/AML integration hooks, withdrawal approval workflows, and record retention configured in the CRM and platform — the systems that make your compliance owner's claims true.

Payment-provider technical integration

PSP and processor onboarding requirements: webhook reconciliation, settlement reporting, and fraud-check hooks wired into the back office.

Sequencing & readiness reviews

A written map of which technical milestones depend on which paperwork — so entity, banking, and vendor work run in parallel instead of queuing behind each other.

Vendor-readiness pack before platform application

Fixed scope · 1–3 weeks

Client's lawyers were mid-formation; we produced the architecture and operations documentation package MetaQuotes and two bridge providers required for technical review, so the platform application filed the week the entity closed.

KYC/AML integration for compliance sign-off

Fixed scope · 3–5 weeks

Verification-vendor integration into the CRM with document retention, sanctions-screening hooks, and withdrawal approval workflows — implemented so the client's compliance officer could evidence each control in their application.

Technical due-diligence support for LP onboarding

Fixed scope · 1–2 weeks

Liquidity provider's technical questionnaire answered from the actual deployment — failover behavior, order handling, exposure limits — with a system walkthrough hosted for their engineers.

90 days is the marketing answer. The gate is entity formation, banking, and vendor paperwork — not the technology, which runs in parallel.
