Overview
This policy describes the current ProfitLabs website implementation. ProfitLabs uses Google Analytics 4 for site measurement, first-party cookies for a practice preference and homepage experiment, and an embedded Calendly scheduler for consultation bookings. ProfitLabs does not sell personal information.
Information you provide
When you schedule a consultation or contact ProfitLabs by email, you may provide your name, email address, company, role, meeting details, and information about your technical problem. ProfitLabs uses that information to respond, prepare for the consultation, assess fit, and provide services if both parties sign a written agreement.
Google Analytics 4
GA4 measures page visits and selected site interactions, including practice selection, service-page depth, playbook reading, and consultation-link clicks. Its default web collection can include session statistics, approximate location, browser and device information, referrer data, and a client identifier. ProfitLabs does not send names, email addresses, or consultation notes as GA4 event properties.
GA4 begins loading when a page loads. This site does not currently provide a sitewide cookie preference panel or a consent-mode implementation that blocks GA4 until a visitor makes a choice. You can block or delete cookies using your browser controls. See Google's GA4 data collection documentation.
Cookies used by the site
| Cookie | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|
| _ga and _ga_* | GA4 client and session identifiers used to distinguish visits. | Up to two years under GA4 defaults. |
| pl_pref_practice | May be set after you choose Enterprise-Ready or Reliability so matching services can be prioritized on a later visit. It stores only the selected practice value. | Up to 180 days. |
| pl_hero_variant | Keeps the homepage experiment version stable between visits. It stores only control or variant. | Up to 180 days. |
Calendly scheduling
The booking page embeds Calendly. Calendly processes the scheduling information you enter and may use its own cookies and similar technologies. Its cookie controls are displayed inside the scheduler and are managed by Calendly, not by a ProfitLabs sitewide consent system. Standard campaign parameters may be forwarded to Calendly so a booking can be attributed to the page or campaign that led to it. Review the Calendly Privacy Notice for its practices.
Retention and sharing
ProfitLabs keeps inquiry and project information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, perform agreed work, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Information may be processed by service providers used for analytics, scheduling, hosting, email, and business operations. Those providers apply their own retention and security practices under their terms.
Your choices
You may ask ProfitLabs to provide, correct, or delete personal information it controls, subject to identity verification and any records that must be retained for legal or contractual reasons. Send a request by emailing ProfitLabs.
